From outside London
Catch a train from virtually anywhere in England to Victoria
Station. Make your way from Victoria Station to the adjacent Victoria
Underground Station and take the Victoria Line
towards either Seven Sisters or Walthamstowe Central, getting off at Green
Park. (2 minutes). Transfer to the Picadilly Line
towards Cockfosters or Arnos Grove and travel to Covent Garden.
(4 minutes). Walk from Covent Graden to Freemasons' Hall. See below.
London Underground (Tube)
On the Picadilly line, travel to
Covent Garden station then walk up Long Acre,
crossing Drury Lane, to the main entrance of Grand Lodge on the corner
of Great Queen Street and Wild Street, directly in front of you. The
total distance is about 320 metres.
On the Central line, or Picadilly line, travel to Holborn station, then walk south down Kingsway for about 250 metres and turn right into Great Queen Street. Continue to the main entrance on your left about another 100 metres further on.
Bus Services
There are numerous bus routes from all
over London with stops near to Freemasons' Hall.
London Taxis
Although a London Taxi is the most
expensive form of transport in London, for those who have difficulty
walking it may be the easiest method of getting to Freemasons' Hall.
Any London Taxi driver will know exactly how to get there and will drop
you right at the door.

VISITING SOUTH AFRICA LODGE
All Freemasons are very welcome to attend any of our Meetings. For 2011, Regular Meetings will be held on the 12 January, 28 April 13 June and 14 September, but additional Emergency Meetings may also be scheduled. The Lodge usually Tyles at 17h00, but please check the agenda for the next meeting below.
The Dress for our meetings is Dark Suit, White Collar, Black Shoes & Tie, and your appropriate regalia. Gloves are worn. Those who wish to dine with us at our Festive Board need to book a meal by emailing the secretary at least five days in advance to facilitate catering. You are responsible for your own Dining Fee, which is £35.00. Dinner is usually at 19h30.
